Will I be able to move around the company and its partners?
Yes. We encourage all our people to move around and experience different areas within the business. The company depends on people understanding the range of responsibilities and working areas within the business.

Will you pay me to relocate?
We will make you move as easy as possible. We will help with advice on letting agencies and we will help where necessary with expenses.

What is the start date of your graduate programme?
Our graduate programme starts in Sepember 2008, however we may take in graduates earlier than this.

What will happen during my 2 week induction?
During this time you will meet all the teams that work in Dŵr Cymru, from finance to asset strategy, as well as learning about the content of the programme and gaining insights about how Dŵr Cyrmu operates.

What type of degree are you looking for?
We are looking for a good degree in a range of subjects, including engineering, science and environmental sciences. The specific degree is not as important as your adaptability and enthusiasm for the role.
