Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is committed to providing excellent levels of services to all of their customers. We provide free services to help customers who are:

  • disabled,
  • older,
  • ill or
  • have learning difficulties.
These services include large print bills and password schemes for example. By registering for this service it will allow us to be aware and respond appropriately to your requirements.
