Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to look at your skills; your thought processes and how you behave in different scenarios. The process is rigorous and challenging as our aim is to ensure that the right decision is made; benefitting you, the team and the business.

Stage 1 | Application form

Please take great care in completing the application form since our decision to shortlist you will be based on the information you provide. Your completed application form should be emailed to recruitment@dwrcymru.com

Stage 2 | Online testing

Applicants who are successful in reaching Stage 2 will be required to undertake online testing. We will send you an email with a link for you to sign up and complete the tests.

Stage 3 | Assessment centre

This will be our final opportunity to learn more about you and will consist of a team exercise, an interview and a short presentation. Further details will be available beforehand.

Following the selection process, all successful candidates will be sent a medical questionnaire for them to complete, in confidence, and return to our Occupational Health provider, who will determine their fitness to undertake the role.
