If you would like information regarding the location of our water mains or public sewers Developers Services have a dedicated team who can help.

We will provide you with a plan at a scale of 1:2500 based on the x and y co-ordinates provided. If coordinates are not provided there will be a delay in the production of plans.

  • A4 (297 x 210 mm)
  • A3 (420 x297 mm)
  • A0 (1189 x 841 mm)

Please note:

  • In order to make an application online you will require a valid credit or debit card
  • The current plan Fee is £18.00 for A4/A3 and £21.60 for A0

Welsh Water are not able to provide public water plans for the following areas:

  • Heswall
  • Neston
  • Whitchurch, Shropshire
  • Chester
  • Wrexham

In addition, we are not able to provide public sewerage plans for the following areas:

  • Parts of Ledbury
  • Worcester
  • Knighton
